Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation June 2023- Present
The Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF) is a vital organization dedicated to empowering Black professionals through career development, professional growth, and community engagement. In 2023, BPACF selected Launcharts Media through a competitive RFP process to enhance their digital marketing presence.
Within a year, Launcharts Media successfully achieved all initial goals, including increasing BPACF’s online presence, awareness, and reach. We also improved content consistency, quality, and performance. Our dynamic and bold approach to marketing has made a significant difference, elevating BPACF’s brand visibility and engagement.
Our work underscores BPACF’s mission to support Black professionals, ensuring that their voices are heard and their contributions recognized, thereby fostering a more inclusive and equitable professional landscape.
Community First | SHAKER HEIGHTS POLICE DEPT (2024)
Launcharts Media was commissioned in 2023 to craft video production and marketing for the City of Shaker Heights, OH, in its efforts to reshape the Shaker Heights Police Department through recruitment.
SHPD's desire to promote diversity and community policing was conveyed through Launcharts Media's pre-production process, enabling the mapping of messaging and imagery that reflects the inclusiveness and evolving culture of the community, with the goal of furthering these values.
